Tottenham Community Week is looking for vendors!

We are looking forward to having a large variety of vendors on

hand this year for the Saturday Street Festival, and have 

opportunities available during the week as well.

Showcase yourself as a Vendor at our community week events!

                 Until April 30th, the early bird rental fee for a 10' x 10' space at our very popular annual Saturday Street Festival is $50.00. After April 30th the price is $75.00, so get your applications in early!

We welcome any and all applications from vendors, but please be advised that you must be approved in order to participate in TCW. The final application deadline for food vendors this year is Wednesday, June 12th, and for non-food vendors the final application deadline is Monday, June 17th.

We're also accepting vendor applications for our July 29th Heritage Tour vendor market - contact us for more details!

   

5 Step Vendor Application Process:
1.

 

1. Please click the links to download the Application PDFS - please fully complete both forms, both are required to secure your booth space for Tottenham Community Week 2024. (Please see below for additional forms for booths involving food handling.) 

For your convenience, if your booth will involve food handling, please click the links for the Simcoe County Permit and Guidelines. Please note: it is the vendor's own responsibility to prepare for and comply with all Simcoe Country requirements. 

When required forms are completed, please submit as follows:

2. Your application will then be reviewed by our Street Festival Committee, who will respond asap.

3. If your application is accepted, our Vendor Co-ordinator will contact with you a confirmation number and request a copy of your certificate of insurance, listing the Tottenham Community Program Association and the Corporation of the Town of New Tecumseth as additional insureds.

4.

4. When your insurance is approved, our Vendor Co-ordinator will contact you with payment instructions. 

5.

5. Your spot is confirmed and you will receive your spot number once your payment has been received and acknowledged. If payment is not received within one week of issuing of payment instructions, we will consider your application as abandoned, we will consider other vendors in your category, and you will have to resubmit your application.
