Tottenham Community Week is looking for vendors!

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the fun—secure your spot early and take advantage of our special early bird rate.

Showcase yourself as a Vendor at our Annual Street Festival Event

Be sure to grab your spot early to join the excitement—apply by April 30th to get our early bird rate of $50 for a 10' x 10' space. After this date, the standard rental fee is $75. All vendors must be approved to participate in TCW. The application deadline is Monday, June 8, 2026, for food vendors, and Monday, June 12, 2026, for non-food vendors. We invite everyone to apply and can’t wait to celebrate with you at this popular community event!

Please click the link below to access the online Tottenham Community Program Association (TCPA) Vendor Licence Agreement form.

If your booth involves food handling, please click the links below to submit a vendor application form with the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU).  This is a free service and is a requirement of participation.  Food venders are verified with the SMDHU.
Please note, it is the vendor's own responsibility to prepare for and comply with all Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit requirements.

Application Review

Your application will be reviewed by our Vendor Coordinator.

Approval & Next Steps

Once your application is approved, our Vendor Coordinator will send a confirmation email outlining the next steps. This communication will include payment options and instructions, as well as the required insurance information.

4.

Vendor Submission

To secure your booth space, accepted vendors must complete the following required actions to finalize their acceptance:

  • Submit payment as instructed

  • Provide proof of required insurance

Once your application is finalized and both payment and proof of insurance have been received and acknowledged, please visit our FAQ for Confirmed Vendors page for additional information.

Celebrating its 53rd anniversary, and now in its 15th year as a week long celebration, Tottenham Community Week is rapidly growing in attendance every year and is one of New Tecumseth’s premier events. Our goal is to provide a fun, family friendly week that celebrates the rich history and community spirit of Tottenham.
