Tottenham Community Week is looking for vendors!

We are looking forward to having a large variety of vendors on

hand this year for the Saturday Street Festival, and have

opportunities available during the week as well.

Showcase yourself as a Vendor at our community week events!

The rental fee this year for a 10' x 10' space at our very popular annual Saturday Street Festival is $75.00.

We welcome any and all applications from vendors, but please be advised that you must be approved in order to participate in TCW. The final application deadline for food vendors this year is Wednesday, June 15th, and for non-food vendors the final application deadline is Monday, June 20th.

Vendor Application Process:

1. Please click the links to download the Application PDFS - please fully complete both forms, both are required to secure your booth space for Tottenham Community Week 2023. (Please see below for additional forms for booths involving food handling.)

For your convenience, if your booth will involve food handling, please click the links for the Simcoe County Permit and Guidelines. Please note: it is the vendor's own responsibility to prepare for and comply with all Simcoe Country requirements.

2. When both forms are completed, please submit as follows:

Your application will then be reviewed by our Street Festival Committee, who will contact you asap regarding your application.

3. If your application is accepted, our Vendor Co-ordinator will contact with you a confirmation number and payment instructions. If payment is not received within one week of your receipt of confirmation number, your spot will be reassigned, other vendors in your category will be considered, and you will have to reapply. Following receipt of payment you will receive a letter outlining details to assist you when you arrive at the Festival.
